Topless Painted Woman Attacks 70-Year-Old Man in Times Square: NYPD
The two got into an argument, and the woman punched the man in the face with a closed fist, according to police.

TIMES SQUARE, NY — A topless painted woman is in trouble with the law after punching an elderly man in the face on Saturday, according to police.
Tarrah Merill, 18, was arrested in front of 1535 Broadway in Times Square on Saturday at 5:45 p.m., police said. She was charged with felony assault due to the age of the victim, police said.
According to the NYPD, the topless woman got into an argument with a 70-year-old man at about 5:30 p.m. before punching him in the face with a closed fist. According to the Daily News, two women were involved in an incident, with one angry at the man for snapping a photo of her without paying. A police spokesperson said the criminal complaint only involved one woman, however.

Merill is scheduled to appear in New York Criminal Court on Nov. 14.
