The homeless man, with a walker, says, "I didn't do nothin' man."
MIDTOWN, NY — A man filmed and tweeted an incident he says occurred Monday morning where two NYPD officers appear to be tasing a disabled man while he's lying on the ground on 42nd Street between 8th and 9th avenues.

The video shows the two officers holding the man to the ground in handcuffs, and what sounds like a taser can be heard while the man writhes on the ground.
The man says to the officers, "I didn't do nothin', man! What the f--k did I do?"

The officers rummage through some of the man's things on the ground, throw his walker up from the ground, and hold the man in handcuffs against a wall.
According to Amit Kalra, the man who filmed the video, the incident occurred at 7:50 a.m. on the north side of 42nd Street.

"When I encountered the scene, and right before the police tased him (before I started filming), one officer had his taser out pointed at him and the other officer was attempting to search his pockets," Kalra wrote in an email to Patch. "The gentleman resisted and quite quickly I heard the taser being used. He was physically pushing the cops away with his body even though he was handcuffed I did not hear the Police say what they were looking for, nor did I capture anyone's name."
"Right after filming this I went into DD [Dunkin' Donuts] to grab my breakfast (took 2 mins) and when I came out I saw the man was still being held and one of the officers was on his radio," Kalra added. "Total time I was there was maybe 7-10 mins and no squad car had yet pulled up to provide assistance."
"The walker you see in the video belonged to him. I'm not sure what was in the black bags hanging off of the walker," Kalra wrote.
An NYPD spokesperson told Patch on Monday at noon that no reports had come through yet for Monday from the 10th precinct, where the incident allegedly occurred, or the surrounding precincts.
