Woman In 'Love' Shirt Attacks Subway Rider In Midtown, Police Say
The attacker hit a woman in the face with a cellphone and poked the woman in the eyes.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — A woman donning a shirt decorated with the word "love" is wanted for an assault in the Grand Central Terminal subway station, police said.
The attacker and her 62-year-old victim were riding in a subway elevator on Sunday when they started arguing, police said. The argument turned violent when one of the woman smacked the other in the face with a cellphone, an NYPD spokesperson said.
When the victim exited the elevator the woman followed her and poked her in the eyes before exiting the station, police said. The victim was treated for lacerations to her face at Bellevue Hospital.

Police released photos of the suspect, who was also breaking MTA rules by not wearing a mask while riding on the subway, on Wednesday.
