'Young Metro Don’t Trust Trump' Concert Coming to Midtown in November
Record producer Metro Boomin will perform an anti-Donald Trump concert at The Playstation Theater four days before the election.
MIDTOWN, MANHATTAN — If Young Metro don't trust you, can you still become president? The record producer and DJ is throwing a one-night concert called "Young Metro Don't Trust Trump" at The Playstation Theater in Midtown on Nov. 4, just four days before Republican candidate Donald Trump and Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton face off in the presidential election, Complex reported.
Metro Boomin's signature tag is, "If Young Metro don't trust you they gon' shoot you."

The producer is putting on the concert to let his fans know that it's not uncool to care about politics.

"You can still be cool, and you don't have to be scared to speak up about political issues. The kids don't really know that," the 23-year-old told Complex magazine. "With it so close to the election, I thought, let's have this concert and celebrate this and all agree that we can't have this guy as our president," he said.
The proceeds from the concert will go to a yearly scholarship fund for one high school graduating senior in the St. Louis area to go to Morehouse College.
