After Win, Miller Place Boys Lax in First Ever Division Championship Game

Miller Place advances to first division championship game.

Apparently the first playoff win in the team's four-year history this weekend wasn't enough for this squad.

Miller Place traveled to play top-seeded Comsewogue Thursday and pulled off the upset, winning 9-7. 

With the game tied at five, the Panthers went on a 4-0 run to finished off the victory and advance to their first ever Suffolk County Division II championship game. They will place No. 2 Huntington on May 29, 5 p.m. at Lavalle Stadium. Admission costs $6.
