Dee-Jo's Closes, New Pet Supply Shop Moving Next Door

There is some moving and shaking going on in the North Country Plaza in Miller Place.

Dee-Jo's Pet Supplies, a longtime staple in Miller Place which moved from the adjacent shopping center about a year ago, has gone dark. There are no signs about the closing in the window if Dee-Jo's, but in the closed American Samurai Ju-Jitsu Center next door are signs announcing the arrival of R&S Pet Supplies.

R&S already has one location in Middle Island and will now be opening its second in Miller Place. There seem to be no plans set for what will replace Dee-Jo's, which moved to the location after Play N' Trade closed in 2012.
