N. Country Road Land for Sale in County Auction

Suffolk County Division of Real Property Acquisition and Management is holding an auction in October.

A plot of land on N. Country Road, starting at $5,000, will be one of a few parcels in the area up for bid next month at a public auction.

The Suffolk County Division of Real Property Acquisition and Management will hold an auction on 130 county-owned parcels on Oct. 23 at the H. Lee Dennisson Building in Hauppauge. Nearly two dozen residential improved properties as well as a handful of commercial structures will be auctioned off.

Ninety-minute open houses will be held at select locations which have been improved beforehand, though the four parcels up for bid from Mt. Sinai to Shoreham are unimproved, according to the county.
