1. Suffolk police are asking the public for information about a woman who stole packages from a Stony Brook porch on Dec. 19. It happened on Stony Brook Road around 8 p.m. and the woman's image was captured on a security camera. (Patch)
2. A 5K run will be held in memory of Wading River's Andrew McMorris at Enterprise Park in Calverton. The late Boy Scout, who died in 2018 after he and his troop were struck by a drunk driver while hiking in Manorville, will be remembered at “Andrew’s Top Gun Run,” hosted by the Suffolk County Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the Andrew McMorris Foundation on March 26.
