The students worked hard to elevate their musical skills expertise under the leadership of Rocky Point Middle School/High School orchestra director Mr. Nicholas Butcher. Acceptance into the LISFA Festival is a tremendous honor. Students were selected based on a combination of their New York State School Music Association Solo Festival evaluation scores being the main criteria coupled with teacher written recommendations.
