The Week Ahead: Beatles Tribute, Zoning Board, Comedy Show & More

1. The show "Strawberry Fields: The Ultimate Beatles Tribute" is set for Tuesday at 7 p.m. at St. Anthony’s of Padua Church in Rocky Point, sponsored by Legis. Sarah Anker and the Rocky Point VFW.

2. Several Miller Place- and Rocky Point-area projects are on the table at this week's Brookhaven town zoning board meeting on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at town hall.

4. Plan ahead for an important community event: July 28 will be the Sound Beach Civic Association's "Scholarship Fund Food Fair and Chinese Auction" at 4 p.m. at the Sound Beach Fire House. The event allows scholarships to be given to local students in the Miller Place and Rocky Point communities.

5. Hope House Ministries in nearby Port Jefferson is planning a free drug overdose prevention training program on Friday at 6 p.m.
