
After being reported missing for 18 days, a Mineola woman has reportedly been found.
Debra Guiliano, 53, was last seen on June 6 near her Wilson Boulevard home.
Before she went missing, Guiliano’s mother Dorothy had last seen her daughter on the morning of Wednesday, June 5 and spoke with her the following morning when Debra was on her way to a day program at the Zucker Hillside Hospital, a behavioral health center.

Guiliano reportedly suffers from bipolar disorder and is recovering from drug and alcohol problems. According to her mother there was an incident in 2005 where her stepfather and a close friend both passed away and an “altercation” with her mother over a relationship.
An article in the Mineola Patch led to Mineola Memorial Library Director Charles Sleefe reported that Guiliano had been seen on surveillance footage on June 13.

According to Nassau County Police, on June 24 Guiliano appeared at the Mineola home of an acquaintance who let her inside and then notified police of her location. Officers arrived at the home and Guiliano was taken for medical attention before being released and was allowed to go home.
Attempts to contact Guiliano at her residence were unsuccessful.
