Eastbound Lanes Of Long Island Expressway In Westbury Blocked: Police
It's advised to use an alternate route, police say.
WESTBURY, NY — The HOV and left lane of the eastbound Long Island Expressway are closed after a crash on Wednesday morning, police said.
The lanes are closed between exits 39 (Glen Cove) and 40W (Jericho Turnpike) and motorists are advised to use an alternate route, Nassau County police said.
According to Nassau County Traffic Management, the crash occurred around 6 a.m.
