YONKERS, NY — Munch's Make Believe Band broke up years ago and the animatronic cover bands that followed in their footsteps have since been relegated to the scrap heap, but Chuck E. Cheese remains the place "where a kid can be a kid."

Chuck E. Cheese is now open at 1703 Central Park Ave. and the City of Yonkers celebrated with a ribbon-cutting on Monday.

The Chuck E. Cheese chain has been around since 1977, but if you've never been to one before, the City of Yonkers describes it as the "ultimate kids' birthday party place for everyday fun ... for arcade games, pizza and group events."
