Founded ten years ago in Greenwich Village, Sticky’s bills itself as "New York City's finest gourmet chicken finger restaurant," and has since expanded to ten locations in New York and four locations in New Jersey.

The company serves farm-raised, fresh, never frozen, antibiotic-free, hormone-free chicken. It also serves chicken poppers, vegan fried mushrooms, sandwiches and salads. Sticky's menu includes 18 different sauces, including Nashville Numb, Sassy BBQ, Sunny Mustard, Buttermilk Baby Ranch and Vampire Aioli. Check out their menu here.

The company says that "Sticky's was created out of a love for chicken fingers and the desire to think outside of the box. Our founders realized that there were a lot of New Yorkers who really loved chicken fingers but didn't have a great place to get them; and thus, Sticky's was born! Our mission is to create the best damn experience through the comfort of chicken fingers in a fun, inclusive space."

Sticky's restaurants are described as having an urban vibe to them and are adorned with murals created by local graffiti artists. High-energy music is played in the restaurants and the staff members are trained to engage with customers.

The hours at the Yonkers location will be Mondays - Saturdays: 10 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. and Sundays: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. More information about the Cross County location can be found here.
