Prison Ministry at Grace Baptist to Present Re-Entry Resource Fair

The second annual Resource Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, April 22, at Grace Baptist Church in Mount Vernon. The fair brings together resources from Westchester County, New York State, and New York City that are aimed at helping those leaving prison rejoin their community.

The event is presented by the church’s Station of Hope Prison Ministry. The fair will feature workshops on employment, housing, and legal issues, as well as a virtual job fair. Other topics will include how to start and run a business, selling yourself to an employer, getting on and off public assistance, and addressing child support issues.
