Clarkstown Planning Board, 7 p.m., Town Hall. On the agenda: a public hearing about putting a 39,894 sq.ft. building at 540 Landmark Drive, where a cluster subdivision is approved. The property is located on 3.95 acres of M zoned land on the east side of Landmark Drive about 365 feet south of Scratchup Road in Congers.
