Nanuet LL Gears Up For 2013 Season, Parade

Registration for the Spring 2013 Softball, Baseball, and T-Ball seasons at Nanuet Little League has been open for boys and girls residing in the Nanuet School District (check the Nanuet School District Street List or the Boundary Map if you are not sure.)

This is the first year that T Ball will be open to 4 year olds. Also, on their website, it stated, "We are pleased to announce that we have reduced our fees this year by twenty percent for all levels of play."

"We ask that the Nanuet community come out and cheer on our kids as they parade down the street toward Lake Nanuet," said League President, Frank Frieri. "We’re all very excited about Opening Day and hope our entire community will join us is this great event and wish our league and our children well.  Please always feel welcomed at our beautiful facility and a part of our great little league – where it truly is all about the kids!"

Here's a look at what's coming up for this 2013 season:

Opening Day - Saturday, April 6th.  We will kick off in the AM (exact time TBD) with the annual parade from George Miller to the fields followed immediately by the opening ceremonies on Wilhelm Field.    

Registration - Registration is still open for children ages 4-8 as of April 30, 2013:

• T-Ball:  Ages 4-6 (This is the FIRST YEAR that 4 year olds are eligible to play!)
• A & AA Baseball:  Ages 7-8
• AA Softball: Ages 7-8  

Sponsorships:  We are still soliciting sponsorships from local businesses to support our efforts this year.  The sponsorship form and introductory letter are attached to this article.
