- St. Mary's Orthodox Church, New City. Proposed demolition of existing buildings and the construction of an 11,672 square foot church with 90 parking spaces and related site improvements. The property is located on 2.48 acres of R-40 zoned land, on the southeast corner of the intersection of West Clarkstown Road & Red Hill Road.
- 23 Third Street, New City. Proposal to construct a 4,230 SF mixed-use building with office space on the 1st floor and 2 apartments on the 2nd floor with 10 parking spots. The property is located on 0.245 acres of H-2 zoned land, on the south side of Third Street approximately 185 feet west of Route 304.
