Photos: 500 Attend Nanuet's Father/Daughter Dance

Nanuet Girl Scout Troop 40230 hosted the 5th Annual "Me and My Guy"Dance with the theme "A Night in Paris."  About 500 came and danced the night away last Friday night.

It was fitting because of the recent Valentine's Day. Red and white boutonnières were available for the fathers and there was a photographer and glittery backdrop in one corner.

The event was for Nanuet girl scouts up to 5th grade. The eight-graders in the troop organized it with help from troop leader Sharon Martini. They had a 'passport' with each girl's name on the wall, a cardboard Eiffel Tower and a DJ set up at Barr Middle School.
