Way before the big game begins on Super Bowl Sunday, festivities will begin in Nanuet to support local charities. The Clarkstown Sunrise Rotary Club is hosting its 23rd annual Super Bowl pancake breakfast, set for 8 a.m. to noon on Sunday at Rockland Meals On Wheels, 121 West Nyack Road in Nanuet. The breakfast party is a fundraiser for the Rotary's scholarship fund as will also boost Meals On Wheels and other charities. Cost: Adults $5, children $3, with kids under 4 free. Rotary members are getting assistance from student volunteers from nearby Clarkstown South High School in West Nyack.
