The Clarkstown Technical Advisory Committee meets at 10 a.m. most Wednesdays to take a first look at land development applications and evaluate their readiness for Planning Board review. The Feb. 22 meeting will be a teleconference. On the agenda:

• STARBUCKS NANUET. Proposed demolition of existing building and construction of a 2,378 square foot Starbucks with 43 parking spaces. The property is located on .54 acres of LIO zoned land on the northwest corner of the intersection of NYS Route 304 and West Nyack Road in Nanuet.
• 540 LANDMARK DRIVE, CONGERS. The developer is seeking amendment to an approved cluster subdivision to build a 39,894 SF 1-story building with a mezzanine. The property is located on 3.95 acres of M zoned land on the east side of Landmark Drive approximately 365 feet south of Scratchup Road in Congers.
