SUEZ Names Rockland Resident Director Of Customer Service
She is tasked with standardizing business processes across SUEZ offices in New York and Rhode Island.

SUEZ has promoted Nanuet resident Alise Seguinot to Director of Customer Service and Metering.
In her new role, Seguinot, a 10-year veteran of the company, will work to enhance the customer experience and standardize business processes across SUEZ offices in New York and Rhode Island.

“I am delighted to promote Alise to this important position where she will continue to lead our customer service efforts,” said Graziano, Vice President and General Manager. “In addition to being a highly effective manager of people and processes, her steadfast dedication to customer satisfaction makes her the right choice for the role.”
Since joining SUEZ in 2011, Seguinot has held multiple roles within the company’s New York operations, including serving as planning specialist and Customer Service Supervisor of the Westchester division. Most recently, she served as Manager of Customer Service and Metering, where she led her team in executing multiple initiatives benefitting SUEZ customers in both New York and Rhode Island. Under her leadership, the company enhanced its emergency notification systems for customers to ensure that critical information is delivered in a timely manner. Additionally, Seguinot led her team through the pandemic to provide a seamless customer service experience as employees transitioned to remote work.

As Director of Customer Service, Seguinot will provide leadership in standardizing business processes across SUEZ offices in New York and Rhode Island. Utilizing customer feedback and strategies that led to improved Customer Satisfaction scores in Rockland and Westchester, Seguinot will focus on improving the customer experience. This includes developing and executing long-term strategies in accordance with SUEZ’s overall customer strategy, enhancing internal training programs and overseeing customer service and field operations.

The New York division serves about 500,000 customers in parts of Rockland, Westchester, Orange, Putnam and Tioga counties in New York as well as 19,500 people in the towns of South Kingstown and Narragansett in Rhode Island.
