Between 1992 and 2013, the site was occupied by a dry-cleaning facility operating under
Charles’ French Cleaners, Nanuet Cleaners, Outstanding Cleaners and/or Lake Cleaners.

Based upon investigations conducted to date, the primary contaminants of concern for the Site include chlorinated solvents and petroleum-related hydrocarbons in groundwater. The groundwater contamination is centered in the area of the former dry cleaners.
