2 Firefighters Injured In Manhattan Building Fire: FDNY

NEW YORK CITY — Two firefighters were left injured after a fire at a Manhattan building Wednesday night, the FDNY said.

The blaze broke out at a building on White Street in Tribeca around 11:45 p.m.

Over 100 firefighters and EMS personnel responded to the scene.

The fire seems to have started in the basement of the building.

The blaze was put under control around 3:45 a.m. Thursday.

Two firefighters suffered minor injuries in the fire, the FDNY said.

Twenty resident were left displaced by the fire, according to ABC 7 New York.
