2 Teens Shot On Halloween Night In NYC: NYPD

NEW YORK CITY — Two teens were shot in New York City on Halloween night, police said.

The incident happened near West 71st Street and Amsterdam Avenue in the Upper West Side around 6:30 p.m, police said.

A 17-year-old suffered a gunshot wound to the leg, while a 19-year-old was shot in his arm, police said.

Both victims were taken to local hospitals, police said.

Police are looking for two suspects who fled on a Citi Bike.

The first suspect was wearing a navy blue sweatshirt, black pants and had a gray backpack.

The other suspect was wearing a black hooded shirt and blue jeans, police said.

No arrests have been made as of Friday morning. It is not known at this time what led up to the shooting.
