Boy, 14, Stabbed To Death Outside NYC Housing Complex: Police

Caleb Rios ​suffered multiple stab wounds to the chest and later died at a local hospital, police said.

NEW YORK CITY — A 14-year-old boy was stabbed to death outside a NYCHA housing complex Friday morning, police said.

Caleb Rios was stabbed multiple times in the chest just after 9:30 a.m. outside 300 East 138 Street in the Bronx.

Officers who responded to the scene found Rios unresponsive.

The 14-year-old victim was transported to Lincoln Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made, and an investigation remains ongoing.
