Crepes And Bubble Tea On Menu At New Austin Street Shop

One of the highlights of the new shop is jianbing, a Chinese street food similar to crepes.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — A new eatery has opened in the dining hub of Forest Hills’ Austin Street — right on the corner of 72nd Road, across from Bareburger.

Located at 72-01 Austin St., Pink Forest debuted July 28 as the newest addition to Forest Hills’ ever-expanding shopping and dining scene.

Prices range upward of $2 for hot and cold-brew coffees and specialty drinks, upward of $4.50 for bubble teas and slushes and $5.50 for jianbing, a traditional Chinese street food similar to crepes.

Pink Forest also features an art corner with paint, books and vibrant photographs cascading a wall of cork boards.

The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
