Guests at both locations may begin with Blue Point oysters by the half dozen on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, seasonal greens salad with cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette, sizzling extra-thick Canadian bacon, or lobster bisque. Entrée selections available at both restaurants include a USDA Prime dry-aged bone-in rib eye, rack of lamb with au jus, Scottish salmon, Chilean sea bass, and a classic surf and turf featuring USDA Prime filet mignon with lobster, shrimp, and king crab, served with bordelaise and beurre blanc.
Side selections vary by location. Benjamin Prime offers mashed potatoes, Prime home fries with sautéed onions, creamless creamed spinach, broccoli, or crispy Brussels sprouts with a sweet and spicy glaze and Marcona almonds. Benjamin Steakhouse offers Benjamin home fries, mashed potatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, or classic creamed spinach.
