
This New Year's Eve, experience The Otter’s reimagined take on the classic Feast of the Seven Fishes. Complete with thoughtful wine pairings, Chef Alex Stupak presents a globally influenced five-course menu consisting of a Sicilian crudo of tuna, salmon, and scallops, an octopus salad with capers and parsley root, shrimp scampi with sea urchin spaghetti, and a delicate black cod bourride. For dessert, guests will end the meal on a playful note with taiyaki with pistachio and coffee-saffron ice cream.
