Spygold invites guests to ring in 2026 fireside with an intimate, high-style New Year’s Eve celebration. The evening features a complimentary midnight sparkling toast with La Grande Dame Veuve Clicquot, festive party favors, and signature bar snacks including housemade toffee popcorn and marinated olives. DJ Adrian Franco sets the tone all night with vibrant sets as Spygold’s full cocktail and snack menu flows throughout the celebration. Guests may also extend their evening with exclusive access to pre-party dinner reservations upstairs at Greywind, the newest Hudson Valley-inspired restaurant from the James Beard-nominated Chef Dan Kluger.
