Don’t Let Perfectionism Hold You Back Any Longer
New York City-based Wise and Wonderful Women to Host Free Educational Workshop on How to Defeat the Crippling Tendency on June 16.
(New York City, NY) - Can perfectionism be a form of self-sabotage, especially for women? And can that self-sabotage be rechanneled into productivity and popularity?
“Yes and yes,” says executive coach and author Kathryn Mayer. She will be the guest speaker at Wise and Wonderful Women’s “Breaking Free From Perfection” event the evening of Monday, June 16, 2025.
More than 80 women are expected to attend the free educational event on the 51st floor of 15 Hudson Yards. The evening kicks off with a dinner buffet between 6 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. Thought-provoking interactive exercises designed to help attendees break free of the perfectionist tendencies that may have been holding them back will be conducted between 6:45 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.
