Flash Flood Watch Thursday Afternoon for All of New York City
From noon to this afternoon, be alert of potential thunderstorms and flash floods.
The National Weather Service issued a flash flood watch on Thursday throughout all of New York City Thursday from noon to 6 p.m. Scattered showers and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall are expected to develop this afternoon, which could lead to flash floods.
A flash flood watch means flash floods could develop, but it is not yet a warning.
