2 Teens Among 4 Charged In NYC Park Shooting That Killed 1, Injured Four
An investigation remains ongoing.
NEW YORK CITY — Two teenagers are among four charged in connection with a shooting at a New York City park that killed one person and injured four others, police announced.
The two teenagers, ages 16 and 17, have been charged with murder, attempted murder, gang assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
Two others, Daeven Reyes, 20, and Robert Royal, 25 are also facing charges in connection with the incident.

Thirty-two-year-old Jaceil Banks was killed in the Saturday shooting at Haffen Park in the Bronx, a 17-year-old girl was also shot in the face.
The 17-year-old female is listed in critical condition, police said.

In addition, other individuals were transported by private means to local hospitals, including a man, 30, who was shot in the back and is in stable condition, the NYPD spokesperson said. A 29-year-old woman was also shot in the back and taken to Jacobi Medical Center; she is in stable condition, he said. Lastly, a man, 42, was taken to Montefiore Hospital with a gunshot wound to the arm; he is in stable condition, the spokesperson said.
Defense attorney information for the four individuals charged were not readily available.
