Here are the National Weather Service's full snow totals from NYC's first significant snow of the season.

New Yorkers woke up Saturday morning to either a fresh, white powder coating the ground around them or a gray, slushy mess that made walking down to the corner for coffee a nightmare.
However late you slept in, though, the effects of New York City's first big snowfall of the year were evident on this chilly, but not too bitter-cold day.
So, just how much snow, exactly, fell across the city in the early hours of Saturday morning?

Here are the National Weather Service's full snow totals from its various measurement spots across New York City. The NWS calls these "unofficial observations taken during the past 25 hours for the storm that has been affecting our region."

- NYC/JFK Airport: 3.0 inches
- Rego Park: 3.0 inches
- Whitestone: 3.0 inches
- 1 NNE Surrey Estates: 2.8 inches
- 1 WSW Walden Terrace: 2.0 inches
- NYC/La Guardia Airport: 1.7 inches
Richmond County:
- Staten Island: 2.0 inches
