Human Remains Found Along NYC Parkway, Police Say

NEW YORK CITY — Human remains were found off a New York City parkway on Wednesday, according to police.
A Department of Transportation worker made the discovery off the Jackie Robinson Parkway, near Exit 1 in Brooklyn around 10:30 a.m., according to ABC 7 New York.
The remains were found in a black garbage bag, police said.
