NEW YORK CITY — A 26-year-old man was stabbed in the abdomen outside a New York City migrant shelter Sunday, police said.

The stabbing incident happened around 10:30 a.m. near Field 82 on Randall's Island after an argument between the 26-year-old and another individual, police said.

The 26-year-old man was transported to Harlem Hospital in stable condition, police said.
