NEW YORK CITY — The body of a 30-year-old man was found floating in New York City waters earlier this week, police said.
Moises Rodriguez, 30, was found floating in the water at Rockaway Beach at 12:30 a.m. on Monday, July 22, police said.
He was taken to St. John's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
