Man Found Dead On Manhattan Subway Tracks: NYPD
Trains along the 4 line — where an as-yet-unidentified man's body was found Friday morning — were delayed, officials said.

NEW YORK CITY — A man's body was found along subway tracks in Manhattan, police said.
Crews on a 4 train headed north near Canal Street spotted the body Friday about 9:45 a.m., NYPD officials said.
The as-yet-unidentified man appeared to be in his 40s, police said. The circumstances behind his death are still under investigation, including whether he was struck by another train, authorities said.

The grim discovery coincided with delays along the 4/5 line where the body was found, as well the 6, according to the MTA.
NYPD officers were conducting an investigation near Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall station, transit officials said.
