NEW YORK CITY — A man found dead off the side of a New York City expressway earlier this week has been identified, police announced.
Emmanuel Moncoeur, 57, was found dead by a driver who had pulled over near Exit 2 of the Clearview Expressway in Queens around 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Patch previously reported.
The man apparently had been shot and was found hog-tied at the scene, according to multiple media reports.
