Jean is already facing charges in a separate incident in 2021, where he kidnapped an 18-year-old woman outside of Covenant House and took her to an apartment building on East 132nd Street, where he raped her repeatedly over two days, prosecutors said.
Jean also brought her to a hotel in Brooklyn, where she was trafficked and raped by other men who were brought to the hotel room, prosecutors said.
