Man Killed, Run Over By Two Cars On FDR Drive: NYPD
Police are still trying to determine how the man ended up lying on the highway.
NEW YORK CITY — A man who was lying on the FDR Drive was killed after being fatally struck by two cars on Wednesday, police said.
The incident happened around 11:55 p.m. on the highway near E. 106th St.
The 22-year-old man, identified as Justin Siguencia of New Jersey, was lying in the roadway when he was run over by a passing 2026 Honda SUV and a 2016 Mini Cooper.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. The two drivers remained at the scene.
