Brooklyn Man Shot Dead In NYC ID'd, Shooter Remains On Loose: NYPD
A 39-year-old man was found with gunshot wounds to his back and groin in Manhattan on Sunday morning, police said.

NEW YORK CITY — A man was shot and killed on a Manhattan street early Sunday morning, according to police.
The early-morning shooting killed 39-year-old Gibson Winters of Brooklyn and set off a manhunt for a shooter who remains at large, NYPD officials said.
The incident unfolded about 4 a.m. near West 46th Street and 12th Avenue in Hell's Kitchen, police said.

Police responded to a 911 call to find the man unconscious and unresponsive with gunshot wounds to the back and groin, authorities said. Medics rushed him to Mount Sinai Morningside, where doctors pronounced him dead, officials said.
As of Monday morning, no arrests have been made as authorities work to determine what led to the shooting.
