NEW YORK CITY — It's primary election day at last and the polls in New York City closed at 9 p.m., so all that's left is the counting.

Votes are being tallied up for the Manhattan Borough President race between Councilman Keith Powers, state Assemblyman Brad Hoylman-Sigal and Calvin Sun.

More than 830,875 New Yorkers had checked in to vote by 6 p.m. Tuesday, including mail-in ballots, according to New York City's Board of Elections.
