NEW YORK CITY — A four-story penthouse on Billionaire's Row in Midtown is currently considered as the most expensive home listing in the city.
The property, on the top floor of the Steinway Tower at 111 West 57th St., is a combination of two penthouses and are being marketed together as a potential quadplex, according to reports and Sotheby’s International Realty.
The combined penthouse, takes up the tower’s top four levels, spanning 11,480 square feet, with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, multiple lounges, private elevator access, and a 618-square-foot terrace with views of Central Park.

It can all be yours for $110 million, according to the listing.
The Steinway Tower at 111 West 57th St. was completed in 2022 and is one of the tallest residential buildings in the Western Hemisphere, officials said.
