Newborn Baby Girl Found Unattended Inside NYC's Penn Station

NEW YORK CITY — A newborn baby was found unattended at a subway platform in Penn Station Monday morning, according to police and the FDNY.

The baby was found near the staircase leading to the southbound 1, 2 and 3 train platform around 9:30 a.m., police said.

The baby girl was taken to a local hospital in stable condition, according to police.
