NEW YORK CITY — A New York City teacher has been arrested and charged after allegedly putting a student in a headlock on Tuesday.
Gary Zeng, 27, has been charged with strangulation, criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child, and assault, police said.
Police said Zeng put a 15-year-old student in a headlock, according to a PIX11 News report.
