NYC Weather Forecast: Flood Advisory Issued As Rain Strikes
Four of the five boroughs are under a flood advisory until 6 p.m.

NEW YORK, NY — Rain could cause flooding in parts of New York City during Thursday evening's commute, the National Weather Service warned. Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx are under a flood advisory until 6 p.m.
Thunderstorms dropped heavy rain on the area starting late Thursday afternoon. The storms may cause flooding in urban areas, small streams and places with poor drainage, the weather service said.
A photo posted to Twitter showed a puddle spanning one street on the Upper West Side. Flooding also reportedly disabled two vehicles on the Henry Hudson Parkway.
