NYC Weather Forecast: Yet Another Storm Takes Aim

The summer of 2018 has been a washout.

NEW YORK, NY – Will the soaking summer of 2018 never end? Yet another drenching storm is expected to hit New York City Tuesday night, dumping up to a quarter of an inch of water and lighting the skies with a thunderstorm.

The latest National Weather Service forecast comes a day after figures proved what New Yorkers already knew – this summer has been a total washout.

Central Park has already had about 7.7 inches of rain this month, nearly five inches more than the norm, the weather service said.
