NYC Weather: Storms Return To Pound City For Third Night
After tornado warnings and cloud-to-ground lightning strikes, another storm is headed to NYC.

NEW YORK – Severe thunderstorms are headed back to New York City for the third evening in a row, forecasters warned Thursday.
Though the storms aren't expected to bring the tornado warnings and hail of Tuesday or the cloud-to-ground lightning strikes of Wednesday, the National Weather Service expects heavy rainfall to start after 4 p.m.
As much as an inch of rain is expected in the city before the storms clear the area around 1 a.m., the forecasters said.
