State officials dubbed these New York City businesses the top delinquents.
NEW YORK — New York City's top deadbeat businesses have yet to cough up tens of millions in taxes.
Every month, New York's Department of Taxation and Finance releases its list of 250 "delinquent taxpayers" with outstanding warrants for money owed to the state.
Some businesses have been piling up debt for years, but all those on the top 250 list have seen an outstanding warrant arrive within the past year.
